Harri Engstrand is a Finn from Nurmijärvi and has been involved with the Association of Samba Schools in Finland and in particular, the Finnish samba school Império do Papagaio. In 1995, Harri was creating together with Jupe Väre the first website for a Finnish samba school. And only days after the first ever samba school website by SambaLá, USA (by David de Hilster).
