Finnish Samba Schools Association (SSKL) is an association founded in 1990, whose main task is to combine Finnish samba schools, samba forces and promote the growth of the hobby in Finland.

The main SSKL's event is the annual Helsinki Samba Carnaval® - authentic street carnival in Rio de Janeiro in style! SSKL organized for the first time samba carnival in 1991 in Turku, Finland, and since 1993 has stabilized at a carnival place in Helsinki.

In addition to the carnival SSKL organize training programs and courses, as well as joint trips to the carnival to promote the Finnish samba hobby. Finnish samba has gained a reputation as a globally - SSKL's samba times over the years has been invited to perform mm. Malta, St. Petersburg, Pushkin, Nyköping and Norrköping. SSKL also includes the cities of European carnival association FECC's.
